Contribute by Mail

  1. Download and print the DTC Contribution Disclosure Form.
  2. Truthfully complete all the fields in the form (this is a state requirement).
  3. Make your check payable to “Ridgefield DTC“.
  4. Mail the completed form and your check to: Ridgefield DTC, PO Box 1212, Ridgefield, CT 06877-1212.
