I wholeheartedly endorse Stephen J. Riebling in this November’s election for Ridgefield’s Board of Police Commissioners. I’ve known Steve for more than 30 years and I can attest that he has the professional and personal qualifications to perfectly represent the citizens of Ridgefield in this critical position.
As a lawyer with a distinguished 25-year record as a defense attorney, Steve understands the law, the rights of each citizen, and the profound responsibilities of the police department. As husband and father, Steve is the personification of family values. In this age of jaded and cynical politics, Steve represents a progressive vision where values, morals, and ethics really do matter.
Steve is my son-in-law and I couldn’t be more proud of who he is and what he’s accomplished to date. He’s a wonderful husband to my oldest daughter and a terrific father to four of my grandchildren.
