Graf, Sigel, Rice, & Malhotra for BOE: Experience and Commitment
Public schools face unprecedented uncertainty, from threats to Federal funding to rising operating and capital costs to evolving curriculum and special education challenges. Ridgefield’s children, families, and taxpayers are best served by Board of Education members with the experience to credibly manage complexity and deliver results. That’s why I am supporting Kathryn Graf, Scott Sigel, Angela Rice, and Tina Malhotra.
As a Certified Public Accountant, Kathryn Graf has spent her career guiding major companies through complex financial and operational challenges. Scott Sigel, a CEO and nonprofit leader, has a proven record of solving problems creatively and at scale. Together, they bring the fiscal expertise and innovative thinking our schools require now more than ever.
Angela Rice combines over a decade of teaching with dedicated volunteer leadership in Ridgefield’s PTAs. She understands firsthand what students and teachers need to succeed. Tina Malhotra, as current BOE Chair, has balanced decisive leadership with building bridges with Board members from both parties, other municipal boards, and across our community.
This breadth of financial, executive, classroom, and governance experience is necessary for the Board to meet the challenges of the next four years. Ridgefield needs Board of Education members who can make thoughtful decisions that keep our students thriving. Kathryn, Scott, Angela, and Tina are the team parents can trust, and taxpayers can rely on, committed to doing the work our community deserves.
Early voting begins October 20th. Whenever you vote, I urge you to vote Row A for Kathryn Graf, Scott Sigel, Angela Rice, and Tina Malhotra, the BOE team best equipped to lead our schools into the future.
